Needed:
Here is a list of things we need. Maybe you have something in your basement or garage or have some connections that would help us out. If we don't have to go out and purchase these things it helps us tremendously!
- We have two good computers now. Thank you! Now we need someone to help us get our folders and files cleaned up. Anyone like computer housekeeping and organizing? We need to make it easier to find things. Like our logo, the forms we use and our brochures/event flyers.
- Melissa re-taped our botched drywall job on one wall in the shop/classroom and primed it white, so we can paint it. We'd like to create a bike themed mural there. We got some good ideas so far but were kind of thinking a wall full of labeled bike parts or something cool that takes the mechanical device and makes it look fun and easy to understand. Any Artists want to take on the challenge and work with us to create something special for the north wall of the shop? Come in and see the cool canvas Melissa provided for us!
- A TV/DVD player to play bike movies, or a projector? Our last volunteer appreciatiation night was a great hit and we would love to repeat that. But we don't own a projector. Also we discovered we were really short on seating so Ashanti brought in some more chairs! That was cool.
- More repair stands and wheel truing stands! Our free classes are totally a success and the demand is huge. We'd love to have more tools that can make our classes smoother and give everyone more hands-on experience.
